Got questions? We’re here to help!

For general winter inquiries and Season Pass questions, feel free to reach out to our team at info@mtseymour.ca. During the quieter off-season months (May–October), our small but mighty Guest Experience team may take a little extra time getting back to winter-related questions, thanks for your patience!

Questions about our Eco-Adventure Summer Camps? We’d love to hear from you at summer@mtseymour.ca.

Once the snow starts falling (November–April), you can also chat live with one of our Guest Experience team members, just click the pink chat bubble in the bottom right corner of your screen.

We’re a local mountain, and we’re always happy to connect with our community 💙
